What time of day is better for working out? I've heard that it's better to get up early in the morning and get in a half hour of cardio, but I don't usually have a lot of energy until the late afternoon or evening. Does it matter what time I work out?

Has anyone here tried dance aerobics or actual dance classes as a way to lose weight? I seem to have two left feet, but I accidentally wandered into one of the dance classes - hip hop, I think - and I've never had so much fun in my life.
