    Living Healthy Makes Sex Better

Yes, it is true I was just reading about it hear. I know that exercising regularly can actually raise ones libido due to raised hormone production, but I did not know that it would help a guy with extra blood flow as well.

I have noticed this in my life years ago.  You really don't want to do much besides sleep in the bedroom if you are living a sedimentary life.  I think that getting in shape is the most effective way to put vigor back into any part of your life and yes, in the bedroom as well.

Oh, I've noticed that alright.  You'd think I'd be exhausted after a run or an hour of cardio, but it really seems to get my heart rate going.

And if exercising is going to help his blood flow then I am ALL for that. Devil

Well, that's an angle that I hadn't thought of.  Good to know, actually.  I'm not having major issues in that area but marriage does tend to settle one in that area so a bit of help never hurts.   I'll be the extra flexiblity gained in exercise certainly wouldn't hurt, either.

I have noticed when I exercise and eat better I feel better about MYSELF which leads me to be more confident in my sex life. A healthy lifestyle is so important for every aspect of your life.

I always found that it gave me more stamina for sex, but never really noticed an increase in libido. In fact, the times when I was working in my most physical jobs I had the lowest libido. Perhaps I'm an abhoration!

I don't think that there is a part of ones life that is not directly effected by there health or lack there of.   I don't know what could make sex beter than it already is, but I guess being able to have more stamina could be a big difference for me.  We will see, I have just started exercising a few weeks ago.
