This is really easy! Login to HealthLife go to myHealth > Fitness Tracker on the menu and click on “My Fitness Journal” on the right hand side. Once you are here, click on “Add Journal Entry” on the top of the Fitness Journal and you can starting posting.
Once you have made some posts, you can easily view them by selecting the date range on the right hand side and it will show all your posts in that range.
