    Morning Magic

A quiet early morning can be a special appointment with the day. Every morning my 20-minute-per-mile jogging allows me to strecth before I need to be home preparing for breakfast. Before, I was sure I was far too busy to spend an hour just walking, but now that I've found the secret, I just can't start my day any other way. And would you believe I've found I feel so vitalized after my walk, I'm neither too busy nor too tired.

Wow, I am full of admiration! Do you go out in all weathers? Do you always take the same route? Can you do this in the city or do you need to live in the country to enjoy it?

We have a large dog that has to be walked every morning and I could do this early morning thing if I really wanted. The trouble is, I have young children so my husband usually gets the job of walking the dog! I don't remember him being joyful about it though!

Oh yes, I love my morning run and I agree, it is very invigourating. I go in all weathers and just dress appropriately. We live in the country but I think you could easily find a route if you lived in a town. It doesn't have to be very far from your home.

I live in the country Michelle. Being an early riser I thrive on this early morning rendezvos with the sun just as it peeps over the horizon. I like it when the breeze touches my cheek. I think you can do it in the city too, just start up early before the cars start coughing into action just to keep the magic glowing a little longer.

Well we live in a village really so it's not too bad or busy in the early mornings. I have a job that I start really early and then I come home to take my little boy to school, but I could walk/jog to work rather than take the car so I suppose that's a start.
